How long does it take for a case to arrive?What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking, PayTM and Cash on Delivery.
I saw a product on Instagram but I cannot find it on the website?

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by sending us an email to hello@qrioh.com. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.
How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?
An email will be sent to you once your order has been confirmed. All Cash on Delivery orders will receive a call from our executive to confirm the details before it is processed.
I tried placing my order using my Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?
Please check your bank/ credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days For assistance you can write to us at hello@qrioh.com and we will be happy to help you out.
Shipping and Returns
How should I check the status of my Order?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Tracking details. For more details on your order, Kindly email us on hello@qrioh.com or whatsapp us on 8971307171.
I have not received my order yet, what do I do?

Return & Exchange Policy
- Customers can return their order within 10 days of the order delivery
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- Glass Covers: If you receive a damaged cover, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Any Breakage of the glass back brought to our notice after this period will not be covered in the warranty and no replacement or refund will be given
- The product amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment so if you made an online payment, you can get the refund in your original mode of payment or as store credit. For all Cash on delivery orders, refund can only be done in the form of store credit. A Bank account refund is NOT POSSIBLE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS.
- Shipping and COD charges are not refundable
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s)back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs. 100 will be refunded to you in terms of Store Credit which you can use on future orders
- Customised / Personalised orders are not eligible for return / exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered
- International orders are not eligible for return/ exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered
- Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images on our email id and our team will check it.
REFUND POLICY
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
- You can ask for a refund against any of your orders within 10 days of its date of delivery
- The product amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment so if you made an online payment, you can get the refund in your original mode of payment or as store credit. For all Cash on delivery orders, refund can only be done in the form of store credit. A Bank account refund is NOT POSSIBLE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS.
- Qrioh Gift Card / Store credit is valid for lifetime and can be used for all items on the website. Qrioh Gift card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing or sale offers

What are the rules for refunding courier charges?
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, we will provide you a Qrioh Gift Card worth Rs.100 for the shipping charges borne by you
- Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed Rs. 100
- We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
- Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India
- Courier online refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product
How long does the online refund procedure take?
The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be sent as a Qrioh Gift Card which can be used for making purchases on www.qrioh.com.
Where should I return my product?
Please courier the product(s) to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse the courier charges as a Qrioh Gift Card which can be used for making purchases on www.qrioh.com
